Ok, so Alison, Cindy & Matt are all on our way to our practice session tonight. We are gearing up for our next BODYJAM release. Mark your calendars people (Nov 4)--- you are not going to want to miss this one. I haven't been this excited about a new release in a long time! From latin to tribal explosion, the roof is coming off with this one. The music is sweet, as always, including one of my faves -- Party People by none other than Fergie. So fun, and so cardio.
